Originally from Venezuela, Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration and has prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which has honed his skills in client relations, communication, and problem-solving. His goal is to provide a seamless experience for clients, from the initial consultation to the final result.

a dedicated professional from Indianapolis, has been making a mark in the residential home exterior business since 2018. With a strong commitment to community involvement, he prioritizes ensuring that his clients enjoy a seamless experience during their home improvement projects. When he's not busy helping clients, Scott loves spending quality time with his teenage children and honing his golf skills—though he admits he’s still working on his swing!

Nicole has been in administration for about 4 years. She loves helping people, but she also love the data side of things. In her free time, she is either rock climbing, doing something creative or cuddling her corgi.

Specializing in siding and roofing, Jon combines craftsmanship with a keen eye for design, ensuring each project reflects the unique style and needs of his clients.Jon is a family guy who values spending time with his loved ones. He enjoys traveling to his kids' hockey tournaments, where he proudly supports them. He’s all about making the most of family time and creating lasting memories.

Prior to becoming Office Manager at Cox Roofing, I graduated from Ball State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English and Language Arts and my Master’s degree in English. While there, I specialized in monster and gothic literature and taught research and writing for the university. Outside of work, I play ultimate frisbee and am an avid reader.

Jacob is a committed expert and proud graduate of the International Business College. He is passionate about helping homeowners transform their exterior home visions into reality. Jacob believes that strong roofs are the foundation of a safe and secure home, and he’s dedicated to making a positive impact in the field. Outside of work, Jacob loves spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. He finds inspiration in nature and values every moment with his loved ones.

Hannah brings over six years of experience in the in-home sales industry, driven by a passion for helping others succeed. As Sales Manager, she is dedicated to empowering her team and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Alongside her professional role, Hannah proudly serves as an officer in the Indiana Army National Guard, where she is committed to training and developing future leaders. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family. They love attending sporting events, concerts, and traveling the world!

Grew up in Western Indiana and attended Covington High school graduating in 2005. After high school decided to join the Maines and was station with 3/11 from 2005 through 2009 deploying to Iraq and multiple non-combat tours. From 2009 though 2013 I was stationed with 5th Anglico deploying to Afghanistan twice and multiple non-combat tours. From 2013 to present changed careers to business-to-business sales at the amazing team at Cox roofing in 2022 as the commercial sales representative. During this time, we have been building strong partnerships with some of the largest property management companies in the Indiana area.

Eli is a recent graduate of Indiana University, where he developed a strong foundation in his studies while pursuing his passions. A fitness enthusiast, Eli enjoys spending time at the gym, focusing on health and wellness. In addition to his love for fitness, he has a deep appreciation for the roofing industry, recognizing its vital role in providing safety and comfort. Eli is excited to merge his interests and make a positive impact in both fields.
