He even pointed out improvements that could be made during final inspection to improve water flow and proper drainage. They even took the time to add wooden pieces to mount lights and electrical so these elements could be installed straight, instead of at angles on the siding. Was instantly relieved when I met Sam Forkin at Cox. He walked me through the entire gutter replacement process knowledgeably, patiently& respectfully. All he said would get done was done as promised, on time and effortlessly. The workers were kind and diligent. Cox, as a whole, was very easy to work with. Would call on them again!

Company was great to work with, got back to me super quick and had someone come do an assessment within 2 days, would have been sooner but weather was bad. Also, Larissa was super friendly and easy to work with, she was very responsive via text and helped explain what needed to be done and that they usually have a minimum price for a crew to come out for repairs/replacement of siding. She answered all my questions and concerns and was really knowledgable!

It was a great experience working with Aaron Mitchell. I’m always wary of contractors, but this experience was exceptional. He showed up on time, pointed out some initial areas of concern after his roof inspection, and followed through on providing a cost-effective quote for repairs. Best of all, there was no pressure.
