Cox’s roofing did a fantastic job from early engagement through to project completion. I appreciated their advice regarding scheduling the roof around chimney repair. The roofing team work very efficiently and the roof and gutters are great. Cox Residential did an excellent job replacing our roof and siding on our home. The supervisor was always attentive to the quality of the crew's work. He even pointed out improvements that could be made during final inspection to improve water flow and proper drainage. I never would have noticed these details and I appreciated his honesty and attention to the smallest details. They even took the time to add wooden pieces to mount lights and electrical so these elements could be installed straight, instead of at angles on the siding. I have recommended them to friends multiple times as I completely trust their team. Was instantly relieved when I met Sam Forkin at Cox. He walked me through the entire gutter replacement process knowledgeably, patiently& respectfully. All he said would get done was done as promised, on time and effortlessly. The workers were kind and diligent. Cox, as a whole, was very easy to work with. Would call on them again!

Company was great to work with, got back to me super quick and had someone come do an assessment within 2 days, would have been sooner but weather was bad. Also, Larissa was super friendly and easy to work with, she was very responsive via text and helped explain what needed to be done and that they usually have a minimum price for a crew to come out for repairs/replacement of siding. She answered all my questions and concerns and was really knowledgable!

I never had to worry about where things stood because of her proactive communication with me and my insurance company. She made the whole process as pain free as possible. We had worked with Cox for a siding proposal at our previous home that we decided to sell instead of update. The representative was helpful beyond words - knowledgeable, provided clear and easy to understand explanations and got the right answers for us when she needed to. We were blown away by her customer service and I called her up personally to thank her and tell her we weren’t proceeding with the work. When we bought our new home and realized it needed some gutter work, Cox was the first and only we called. Cox was a great company to work with from start to finish. Kyle helped getting our roof, gutters, and siding all replaced. Jose did a great job running the crew, and the guys worked very hard to get the job done fast and made the process easy.

Storms damaged both my barn and house roof. I called Cox Roofing and they came out within a couple of days to survey damage and take measurements for repairs. They worked directly with my insurance company and I have two brand new rooves. They did a great job and had each roof done in one day. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!!

It was a great experience working with Aaron Mitchell. I’m always wary of contractors, but this experience was exceptional. He showed up on time, pointed out some initial areas of concern after his roof inspection, and followed through on providing a cost-effective quote for repairs. Best of all, there was no pressure. This is a rarity for contractors.
