Eric Bushue was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the process. They used high-quality materials, paid great attention to detail, and ensured everything was done safely and cleanly, which was crucial for our industrial facility. We are very pleased with the quality of work and communication of the process of the installation of the LP Smartsiding. Also, the paint crew did a great job of painting.

Had a minor roof issue with some shingles that popped up. Cox sales rep Kyle came out to take a look. He repaired them at no charge. That just doesn’t happen these days. If I have any further roof issues they are the first call. Thank you Cox Roofing.

Cox’s roofing did a fantastic job from early engagement through to project completion. I appreciated their advice regarding scheduling the roof around chimney repair. The roofing team work very efficiently and the roof and gutters are great. They kept on top of removing all materials from the old roof and the perimeter of our house was cleaner than it was before they started!! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs

It’s been great working with Matt Elias and the team at Cox Roofing. They took our old gutters down and put our new gutters up in one day, perfectly matching the paint color of our house. Cox Residential did an excellent job replacing our roof and siding on our home. The supervisor was always attentive to the quality of the crew's work. He even pointed out improvements that could be made during final inspection to improve water flow and proper drainage. I never would have noticed these details and I appreciated his honesty and attention to the smallest details. They even took the time to add wooden pieces to mount lights and electrical so these elements could be installed straight, instead of at angles on the siding. I have recommended them to friends multiple times as I completely trust their team. They also provided knowledgable feedback for the negotiation with the insurance company on our behalf, resulting in a successful restoration to the exterior of our home. We would not have had the best product without their help throughout this process.

Very professional group and have been extremely pleased with their level of communication and timeliness! If we ever need roofing or siding again we will definitely be going with this group.

Company was great to work with, got back to me super quick and had someone come do an assessment within 2 days, would have been sooner but weather was bad. Also, Larissa was super friendly and easy to work with, she was very responsive via text and helped explain what needed to be done and that they usually have a minimum price for a crew to come out for repairs/replacement of siding. She answered all my questions and concerns and was really knowledgable!

Was instantly relieved when I met Sam Forkin at Cox. He walked me through the entire gutter replacement process knowledgeably, patiently& respectfully.
